In the last decade, Detroit lost 25% - MORE - of it's population!! Holy Moley!! If Granholm had only made De-Riot a "Cool City" earlier, it would have saved the day!!! Or - maybe we shoulda hung on to Kwame! He had all the answers - and we, we, uh, er, we just sent him away!!
Seriously, I watch Detroit 1-8-7 and I can see a city about ready to give re-birth. Or is that After-Birth.

Hey Rich now that you have a different view of unemployment,(paraphasing) do you feel like a zit on the ass of society. This is how you felt about us when you were employed. Rich, clearly Robin has anger management issues, audio deficiencies and a erupting, pore-zit perspective. I started laughing, no offense, at how others can twist words and only hear what they want to hear [enter violin]...thus hopes for false self-clarity, displaced blame & the bandwagon feel good party that will help them. Clearly, any intelligent and avid listener knew your position was never that you were against unemployment, in fact, at times you were so torn over the issues that you put it out to listeners to discuss for debate. Again Rich, your mere criticisms/concerns, or unemployment was towards the abusers, the lifers, the stagnant ill planners whose after-thoughts, if supervised carefully, would certainly not know how to find the strength or motivation from your message. I got it!
