Getting Stronger during Tough Times

Joe S. sent me this:

Not too long ago, a small company with 100 employees lost their
major contract. The boss called all of the employees together and said "We have to lay off 10 of you."

One of the Supervisors said "Mr. Boss, may I meet with our employees?"

During this meeting all 100 employees agreed to take a 10% cut in pay
rather than see 10 of their fellow workers laid off.

They called the boss back in and told him of their decision.

The company and ALL 100 employees survived!

Remember, you are the boss of your state's politicians, not the
other way around. Are they offering to help your state (company)?

Let's start with Congress and the President,

Are they willing to take a 10% cut in pay as well to keep unemployment
down and balance the budget?

I don't know about you, but I call it "leadership." ~ Rich
