First it was Waiting for Superman - a wonderful documentary on how fracked up the entire public school system is and these rotting corpses in the Teachers Unions are holding us back from true change. yeah, yeah, yeah - I know the societal influence and the inner city. But you're paid a good salary with good bennies and you only work 9 months out of the year. prove yourself. show how exemplary you are and I'll support your pay raise. This movie shows the immediate shit we are in and how it must change.
Last Night, we watched "Inside Job," another documentary that takes on both democrats and republicans on the Financial Collapse. It is amazing and also borrows from a great PBS special I watched on Brooksley Born who tried to stop the rapids banking industry. If you don't want to understand, then please skip this movie and put on Family Guy. if you want to know how BOTH REPUBLICANS AND DEMOCRATS are run by the bankers and just how corrupt it is, have fun.
