Bust Teachers Unions Now. GO WISCONSIN. Fire Them

Reward great teachers, FIRE the bad ones.  NO Tenure.  No protection.  Pay for some of your healthcare and pension, you greedy bastards.  Go on Strike, FIRE THEM.

In the middle of an amazing movie.  HOLLYWOOD.  Finally tells the truth about bad teachers and bad unions (BUST THEM) and their destruction of children's dreams.

I'm 3/4's the way through and MUST recommend:

"Waiting for Superman"   It's a tragedy.  The truth about school teachers and their frickin' P.O.S. unions.  Self-Serving and run primarily by Democrats.  DEMOCRATS.

Fire Strikers?

Time to Fire 'em.  

So the Sick Outs have started.  Here's what I say:  NO SHOW, YOU'RE FIRED.  What are Your Thoughts?  Blog Anonymously.

You don't show up for work, you lose your job.  Aka what Reagan did when the Air Traffic Controllers went OUT OF CONTROL demanding Way too much.  I was there.  I remember.  They didn't show up.  He fired all of them.  40,000, wasn't it?  Buh Bye.

Now Wisconsin teachers are unhappy because they - like the rest of us - have to pay for more of their healthcare and retirement.   Here are the facts:

- The total compensation of a West Bloomfield teacher grew 173 percent over an 11-year period, going from $47,346 to $129,637,
- The teacher’s salary started at $31,881 in 1999-00 and grew to $85,836 in 2010-11. Meanwhile, insurance payments climbed from $9,309 to $19,304 per year, and retirement contributions jumped from $3,717 to $16,854 per year.
