After the housing crisis, maybe going off the grid sounds somewhat appealing to you.  Although it is hard to find hills in  lower Michigan to BUILD your new house " " into, this is interesting and certainly appeals to the low cost idea.  Until the local river floods and cleans you out.  Where's the privacy?   A little too much community for people who like sex without the kids watching.  Take a look.  What the hey .....  Where am I going to put my over-head projector/home theater!!!!!?
