The GUBMINT Phone
Free Cell Phone, I shiat you not. I thought this was a joke as I have heard of it, but wanted to verify. Now, the Gubmint will give you a free phone, free minutes, free texting, free, free, free, free, free!!!! I stand corrected. This was not put in play during Obama's reign of terror, it was put in by the Democratic Congress however. Thank you for the correction.

Oh yeah, Like assurance and safelink. That is money well spent. Because every one needs a cell phone dont you know.
This program was implemented by Congress well before the Obama administration.
